I definitely notice a positive impact in using the frequencies! Sadly, I can't afford the high price of continuing to use them. Hopefully in the future they'll offer more price structures that make it accessible to more of us.

I first learned about Soaak technology and sound healing frequencies on the podcast Take Back Your Mind with Michael B. Beckwith; one of my greatest influences. When co-founder Henry Penix discussed what healing frequencies are, how they’re helping the US Air Force, and how sound healing frequencies were promised as the healing future by geniuses like Nikola Tesla, I too believed in their possibility. My introduction to Soaak started in August of 2024 and I have been using the healing frequencies daily ever since. They have changed my life! I start the day with the Energy/High Vibrations song, then on the way to work listen to a Podcast with Focus or Mental Clarity frequency layered underneath the podcast. Regularly I listen to Wealth & Prosperity and at night I start with the Sleep but sometimes switch it to Anti Anxiety, both through the nature sound. I do find that if I have the Sleep frequency on repeat all night I can wake up really groggy and I’m very mellow the next day, so I think it’s too strong for me to have on all night…however, I slept great and woke up really rested while playing the Anti Anxiety frequency the last two nights. A note about the Wealth & Prosperity frequency…that’s the one that I started my journey really listening to, on a road trip and every day for about a week. When I arrived home to open my pile of mail, I was thrilled to find 6 checks of various amounts from health care wellness exams and mortgage overpayment! While these were supposed to be mine, it opened my mind to receiving any abundance that may be out there, ready to come my way. The Focus, Success , and Mental Clarity frequencies have been pivotal in my career. Colleagues were impressed with my sharpness, ability to deliver on content that really wasn’t my expertise, and they commented on how much I am getting accomplished. I could feel it too. My whole body is more calm, rested, and tuned in. I am currently striving to get my FSA company to approve the medical necessity; they’re requiring a physicians signature and I just haven’t been to the doctor to get one. I do want to invest in the year subscription but would like to use that medical savings fund for it…especially since those things are use it or lose it! There are a few free trial codes and I’ve been paying monthly…but realized I truly have to have Soaak in my life, so want the year’s subscription…may just need to pay without FSA. I emailed to cancel my subscription with no response. I am not planning on continuing on after my first month and have not received a response to cancel my subscriptions.

Everything else I understand a charge for it but the frequencies should be free. Don’t waste your time with this app.

This app is amazing. I use many different frequencies to get a different effect. I literally feel myself far less anxious after I listen to the anti anxiety frequency. I also love the mood boost and the energy/high vibration to keep me motivated. This also got me through a rough patch this last summer with my son. The depression relief and some of the other frequencies literally saved me. I felt a notable difference the month I started to use it as opposed to the month prior while dealing with the same situation. I also love that I can layer it with my own music on Spotify. That way I can pick music that I think will complement it as well. I like that you can adjust the volume level of the frequency itself and put your music as loud as you want. I won’t be without this app now that I know it exists!

You basically have to use your phone if you want to use this as the Alexa app doesn’t work (false advertising as they claim there is a way to use it but it doesn’t work) no Sonos or other way to play it through a speaker system without carrying your phone. Very limited number of frequencies and it is near impossible to cancel your trial or membership. I keep getting. Barges even though I have deleted my account

Hi I cannot get this app to work - it constantly shuts off will not play on my Marshall speaker or my Sonos even using airplay. I have uninstalled reinstalled and wasted maybe three plus hours trying to get this to work. I have contacted customer support and they never got back to me. I guess if you are fine playing this in your headphones or on your devices speaker I bet it will work. I am just frustrated and disappointed because I would love to use this.

So far I am not having a good experience. I purchased a year subscription but I continue to get an error that “something unexpected happened” I am looking forward to use this technology because I truly believe in frequency healing the mind, body and spirit. Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks

Cannot tell if I like the content or not because the app keeps pausing in the middle of my sessions 😓 haven’t been able to complete a whole one yet

Great app for tuning your body to natural frequencies. Recently I noticed (with the last couple updates) that the volume lowers automatically when swiping out of the app. I don’t like that I have to keep re-adjusting the volume when I want to let it play but use other apps. I hope this can be fixed in the next updates. Thank you!
