SOAP Notes is a robust patient manager app that is specifically designed to allow for quick, accurate SOAP Notes for each patient's visit. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscription on the support page in SOAP Notes or in the App Store app under Account Settings for your Apple ID. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period for the same price unless notified otherwise. Changing your subscription during a trial will forfeit any remaining trial time.

No customer service

I have been using this for over a year now. Not had many real problems until my phone broke. When I tried to log In to recover all the details nothing came up. I’ve contacted customer service and no response, 3 emails later and still nothing. All my patient info has been lost and no one from soap notes has contacted me. I will be telling others to avoid this app following this dreadful situation

Faulty

I think this is a good app. Easy to use, and I like the layout. Although my only problem is that it regularly deletes my notes after writing before I’m able to submit them. I’ve reported this fault a few weeks ago, but no one has responded to my concern or fixed it yet.

Very easy to use

I had purchased soap note in 2013 and I’m truly delighted with it. The support people are always happy to assist when technology gets complicated.

Really good

I really like this app, it makes it so easy to record client notes. It's very straight forward to use, has all the functionality I need. I had a problem synching my iPad and iPhone, emailed for advice, and got a response within 12 hours that was clear, comprehensive and solved the problem. They also acknowledge the diary problem and said they'd put it right in the next release. It costs more than some, but there are no hidden extras or in-app purchases, so for me it's been excellent value. Four and a half stars really.
