It works!
I’ve only listened to the first session but for me it worked from day one! I still think of having a drink but then I have negative thoughts about it. And don’t. Which must be attributed to the hypnosis I do every night before bed. I’m on day 6.
App says 7day free trial. It’s not.
When the app suggests a free trial, it says that it’s 7 days. But when I went into my Apple subscriptions it says 3 days. I listened to two meditations and loved it. But $11/weekly is steep and a 3 day trial is not enough to decide if it’s effective.
