Keep having to re-download app for tests to go through. I do not recommend this. I keep getting error 800 - unable to test.

I have been using the Connect app for 9 months now and I also receive Error 800 (test not sent) frequently. Unfortunately for me I am going through a divorce and my spouse looks for every excuse to nail me and take custody away. The only solution I have found to error 800 is to delete and reinstall the app. This solution seems to work for a week or two then the cycle repeats. Soberlink needs to fix this ASAP if they aspire to be a trusted device in the family law industry. As of right now, I am showing the attorneys/court the user reviews on the App Store to defend myself.

Over 100+ tests 96 of them have been fine. Two read positive even though I hadn't had a drink (YIKES), thankfully the 15 minute retest was .000. Twice now I got stuck with 'error 8000' which requires reinstalling the app and repairing the device to clear. The face recognition doesn't like low light (I got a couple of 'your identity was confirmed but please use more light' leading me to believe the computer couldn't do it and someone manually had to look at the photo. So it's a bit buggy, but largely works as it says it does.

Have to delete and reinstall to get tests to go through. Haven’t had anything to drink still reads positive.
