The app is in general good remind us how long you have you had your last drink and how your body is benefiting from it. I would recommend it for sure.

I love this app because it’s helped me continue on my path of sobriety. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the look of the design. I feel like it’s a bit dated and could use an overhaul to be more appealing to the masses.

This app is really cool. It not only tells you how many days, it showcases all of the different entities that substances impact your life. For example, (x) # days of not drinking is the equivalent caloric intake of running (y) # hours 😳Cool facts like that. You don’t have to pay for any of these extra things either, the only thing that’s “Pro” is like help and a diary. By far the best counter I’ve seen.

It keeps me from not wanting to break my promise

This app is simple; it keeps track of sobriety and gives you steps along the way and markers of success. People need accountability for sobriety and if you apply yourself to this app and celebrate your own successes, you will enjoy this app. Remember; nothing feels like sobriety no matter how painful the course, this app shows you the benefits of that path.

I am going through an incredibly ugly divorce after a very short-lived, abusive marriage and a couple weeks ago I found myself on a slippery slope regarding my alcohol consumption. This app has given me all of the metrics and reminders I need to stay 100% sober. I would recommend this app to absolutely anyone and everyone, no matter how ‘healthy’ they may think their level of consumption might be.

This app helped me see exactly how much damage I had been doing to myself over the years, physically and financially. Great app, would recommend for anyone on my level of alcohol use to use.

I used this app years ago on my android and I always had the most success with it. The health section is the most motivating to me. I also really like the “beat an urge” game. I have been looking for it for at least 2 years on my iPhone… so maybe it’s new on this platform? I am ECSTATIC to find it again!

The app is pretty simple, but also very helpful and easy to use. I’m somewhat data driven and I found the Total Health, Timer, and Goals Achieved very motivating. I initially planned to take a 30 day break, now I’m on day 72 and counting. This tool combined with online stories of other people in similar situations, and the health benefits I’m seeing are working!
