The app now works beautifully. Thank you for the very swift update. The latest version doesn’t work. Again. Please sort it out ASAP. 6.4 working well. Thanks for the quick fix.
Every update stops my camera from working
I have no seen two updates where my cameras stop working again after Can’t access at all
No longer works
After the last update this app no longer works meaning my CCTV is useless as I can no longer views my cameras from my phone!
Works well
Version 5.9 worked well. After the update to 6.1 it stopped connecting. This was fixed very quickly. App works very well now.
Why has this stopped working on local wifi? Since yesterdays update?
After last nights update we cannot access cameras on local wifi
Unable to connect on iPad or iPhone with users 1-10 since iOS 15.7
App suddenly stopped connecting after last software update to 6.1 still ok on iPad ver 5.9 !!
Unable to connect after App update 22/07/23
I’ve been unable to use App since latest update. Other half still had old version and could get on OK!! Something is not right??!!
App no longer working
Before last update it was bad enough when it only worked over Wi-Fi. Now it doesn’t work at all even at home.
App now completely broken
After the last update connecting became intermittent. After todays update it now doesn’t work at all. Will not connect to anything.
