Never write reviews but here we go. Went to the Hog’s Head in Wolves for the first time, tried to get some onion rings and pay on the app. After I pressed order it said ‘an error occurred’ and still got charged on my account!

App fails to fulfil the basic function of ordering food or drink. UI/UX is also terrible at best and doesn’t function at worse.

Basically unusable on a dodgy internet connection. I can load webpages in browser but on the same connection struggle to load a list of beers in app. Tested on fast wifi later and works fine.

I scanned the app to order food but managed to purchase food / drink to the wrong pub (one 10 minute walk up the road). The QR scanning or the app should make it easier to make sure you’re ordering at the correct location - I.e. a GPS or a map popping up! When I realised I had ordered at the wrong pub, after speaking to the pub staff, they weren’t able to give us a refund, nor were the staff on the phone at the pub I’d accidentally ordered at, as they were different pub chains. The app was also useless for this situation. Luckily the pub we accidentally ordered honoured our order if we walked down there so we weren’t out of pocket. But what was supposed to be an “easier” way of ordering to your table, was definitely not.

I’m trying to order but no matter how many times you tap your drink/food item nothing happens? There is no form of checkout, just a menu

I tried ordering from here at soar point Leicester, stonegate pub is the merchant name it was really a bad experience using this app costed me £60 I didn’t get order as well . Please take action on this immediately

In Wimbledon. No 4G in bar so accessed your WiFi. Took forever to register and then WiFi is unusably slow. Just let me use decent WiFi. Putting a portal at the front end makes it painfully poor experience. Basically couldn’t even download the app. Why do you launch an app to allow me to order at the table when your WiFi doesn’t work and your app won’t load. If it’s this bad don’t even try. Took 30 seconds on WiFi to even get this review page to load. Utterly useless.

Doesn’t move off the initial load screen

Title says it all. Hire people who can code lads, this is pants.
