Great simple app but lacks any posting feature for those who prefer using the mobile app version when you're unable to use desktop version. What a waste of potential! It's not too late SocialBee, step it up and focus on your mobile app version now!

Please make the app more like the website. I mainly us the ai text generator and the planner and I don’t have access to any of that on the app.

Why have this app? Not a dashboard. Not a scheduler.

this software (desktop version) seems magically offer EVERYTHING you need to successfuly schedule posts and manage multiple channels. the UX is idiotic, file management is impossible. thumbnails are tiny, you upload 10 reels and somehow there are only 7, you have to clickthru a bunch of stuff to playback reels so you know which one you're working with at the moment. the emoji keyboard inserts emojis in random places (NOT where the cursor is), the iphone doesnt notify you when your post has posted, customer service has too long of a turnaround (i responded immediately to email support at 9:30am and they never got back to me; their hours end at 2pm PST). you can't see your grid posts. you have to select settings EVERY SINGLE POST for yt, tiktok, etc. for everything. run far far away. that's all i can say. waste of time.

I don’t really see the point of this app. I’m in the trial and appreciate the desktop version but the app doesn’t even allow me to jot down an idea or flag a potential post for later or even post anything. I really don’t see that point of it. Needs an upgrade or overhaul.

Social Bee is an effective software solution when used from the web, but this app is virtually useless. None of the buttons seem to work, get blank screens often and I’ve quit using it because of all the error messages.

The improved companion app works a lot better. I like that I can see upcoming posts as well as delete overdue content within the app. I can’t wait to be able to create content from here while on the go.

I like very much that the people at Social Bee are good communicators. If you need to reach a real person you can do it without too much trouble. Having said that, their bots are very good at answering questions. Social media is so difficult to navigate, and rules are changing constantly. Fortunately Social Bee is on top of it!
