Very impressive GUI and elo rating enable chess games with friend on a iPad Internet format. If it allows to creat a tournament will be even better.

I will not renew my membership due to repeated, unaddressed racial harassment. I've reported these incidents with chat logs, but received no response. This should be a space for enjoyment, not dealing with harassment I already face in real life. If the platform no longer prioritizes a safe environment, I won't be part of it, let alone pay for it. 1-star rating based on my experience and lack of response.

I renewed my one year subscription in January and still have no stats or any benifits. I even double paid thinking I never actually resubscribed, but I want to know if anyone else has had this or if I can get in touch with someone to fix this because the app before this is better than any other. But until then I’ve stopped completely for good reason. I’d love to come back but not if I’m being robbed. Thank you.

Great app i like having lots of different chess apps so i can play with whoever but this app like chess.com has a bunch of cheaters on the weekends weekdays are awesome but you will start to see familiar suspicious characters over and over again

It’s exhausting… I’ve played over 4,000 games on this app since 2017. The app itself is great. Happy with game play and features. But I will no longer pay for membership when renewal comes up if the developers of this app don’t get better at ending games that have been abandoned. I would guess the average % of abandonment is > 10% maybe even closer to 20%. There’s nothing more frustrating than to be midway through a game, your opponent blunders & loses there Queen or are 1 move away from checkmate, and they (cowardly) abandon the game. There’s a little green light that lights up if the player is online, and when they close the app, the green light disappears. Cant control how players play, but the app can certainly improve by better catching these abandonments quickly. It’s absurd to have 7 minutes left on the clock, they log off and abandon, and the app doesn’t auto abandon the game until 5 minutes goes by. I really enjoy this app and have avoided switching over to chess.com app or similar - but if this doesn’t improve I’ll be finding an alternative. My time is valuable and I’m not going to waste it because the app devs can’t figure out a better system. Rating it 3 out of 5 stars. If I see improvement, I’ll update my review to reflect the changes.

I enjoy all aspects of the app.
