SocialPilot FAQ

Is SocialPilot legit?
⚠️ The SocialPilot app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
guys, I love you but please make a better mobile app
I seriously could not see the use of the visual editor when I couldn’t even type out anything in-app. It feels clunky, a bit outdated and honestly - doesn’t do the actual site justice.
While robust, I find it hard to schedule posts because it just won’t load anything up, or let me compose any written content. I’m sorry SocialPilot, I guess I’ll use the mobile site instead.
Doesn’t work well on my iPhone.
The concept is great. I was so hoping this could be an answer to my prayers but in all honesty it has created more work for me. I do do much of my work from my phone that, I can’t use an app that isn’t iPhone friendly. Sorry.
Feedback
This is not a review. I just don’t know where else to give feedback. You need to save our hashtags and have them appear automatically when beginning to type them so they can auto populate for us to select instead of having to type them out for every… single… post… every… single… time…
They completely changed the app and not it’s useless
Nothing in the app works as it should. Literally i can’t use it. And they told me to use the web version on my phone which crashes often. Now I have to find a new app for my clients.
This update is ridiculously flawed
“Updating” the app and taking away the ability to copy pre-saved text to the clipboard, and reminders for pre-scheduled content not showing up anymore on the homescreen - two key features that made the app useful to begin with - is just ridiculous. This needs to be re-adjusted asap, or I will cancel my membership.
New update took ability to post away
Not sure who the genius was who thought taking away the core feature of making posts with a promise it'll come back in the future a good idea but this is going to lead to an unsubscribe really fast at this point. What's the point of this app right now? Did I want to shop for a new social media posting/management tool today? No. Am I? Yes.
Just testing the waters
This is one of the first applications I’m testing for scheduling on multiple social media and blogging platforms.
I lost interest within an hour after facing repeated errors. It’s my guess that the social media applications are changing software coding with each update making it near impossible for this application to communicate between each other and making scheduling impossible without the constant stress and frustration of errors.
I will probably try again in the future… as I like the simplicity and layout of the application.
Failing miserably…
Says “Your TikTok is ready to be posted” and after publishing it never finishes delivery. Sizing never works for instagram so down goes two platforms and Facebook only links to pages and not personal profiles.
Poor execution and ends up taking more time than just posting individually on platforms.
Pending review posts don’t show up
The browser based software seems to work okay, but the app refuses to show posts that are pending approval. The app seems surprisingly buggy considering how expensive the monthly membership is.
I’m going to give it a month or two to figure out if I can work around it, but so much social media work is done on phones these days that it just seems very weird for a social media scheduling app to have such a critical failing.
Worthless
Absolutely worthless app and software. Literally will not send a post from my phone. After the 10th try, I will get a notification and be able to post it.
Just useless
