Truth - Honest Messaging app is a generic tool that you can use to easily initiate or request honest conversations to anyone you know.
Send a Truth in the app by moving a slider to pick a rating of how much you really care about a person or people and write to them. To phone number or Email address that you specified, each recipient will receive a text message or an Email: "You received a Truth from George Washington" with a brief description of the app underneath it. This would prompt them to download and open the app to see your Truth. In a private chat room of the app, your Truth will be displayed as a message bubble and would lead you to communicate one another honestly.
Recipients do not need to have accounts with Truth - Honest Messaging. Phone numbers and Email addresses are unique, and the Truth is securely saved with the IDs. Recipients only need to validate their phone number or Email address to see Truths previously sent to the account.
Truth can initiate connections or conversations that are otherwise harder to be made, and Truth can be a best kind of a letter that you can send to anyone you know.
A few minor details:
• Silence the notification once by starting your message with this word: #silent
• Long pressing message brings up multiple options two of which are to edit your message after being sent and replying to the other person's message.
• If a new line of your message starts with ">" character, that line will be treated as inline message reply and will have a different font.
• You get a notification for not having scrolled through today's calendar messages if they exist today.
• Read receipts become enabled after sending two hundred messages. For group chats however, read receipts are enabled from the start.
