Worked out but wish there was a better communication system
I placed an order on August 2nd for an August 16th delivery of flowers in Korea (paying almost $100). FAQ states delivery will likely occur in the morning. It was still “being prepared” (same status for days by the way) even though i checked during the afternoon of the 16th in Korea and the only support you have is through chat where they take some time to get back to you. There is NO number you can call to get real time support. It eventually worked out but the feeling of not having a lot of info during the delivery process was stressful. Having more updates than just “being prepared” and “delivered” updates could help.
