This app is wonderful. We do a volunteer run event each month for our patients and so we don’t have funding to pay for an app to get feedback so I was just doing it manually. Well this one works and it doesn’t have ridiculous limits on the number of responses or on the types of questions like even the most popular survey site does. This is WONDERFUL. I’m so very happy with it. Please don’t change the level available for free!!!!
