No transparency and the mobile app or web application doesn’t satisfy the customer needs
No transparency and the mobile app or web application doesn’t satisfy the customer needs. The web application or mobile application doesn’t provide the complete transactions made in a particular month and there is no option to download the credit card statement from any medium of application. Not user friendly and the bank’s customer service executives are not well trained to understand the queries and respond. First bank I’m seeing charging the customer for cheque books and the credit card pin change. Credit card cancellation charges also very high and poor support from the bank.

Since morning the app is not working and it’s taking a time to even display the message login launch is taking lot of time
New App - A Pain
The older version of the app was pretty mych easy to use and worked without much hassles. However the new roll out is a big pain from day 1 . It will not show your cards as just static tiles; cannot see out standing ; cannot pay . Opening the app itself is a long wait with the sandclock on round and round and round!!! Appreciate look into and resolution of issues . Thanks

Have to improve a lot but its too late
Disappointed
The new version is not up to the mark. Last 3 days I am following up with the customer care for a pending transaction. But no solution. I wonder how IT team has went live with a serious bug like this. It’s really disappointing
