Even now after they claimed to have fixed it for IOS, it still crashes on startup.

Still not working for IOS
The app has been non functional for iPhones for around 2 years and the latest update claiming it now works fully on iOS, I updated and it still came with same error. “Dear customer, this service unavailable for iOS users” Even the error is grammatically incorrect for 2 years. Very poor quality assurance and needless to say the financial loss not being able to use the collected points for customer.

App is not working for me and i am based in sydney austrlia, I downloaded the app but when i try to register myself it gives me a message : Dear cutomer, this service is currently unavailable for ios users. kindly sort this asap. Thanks

The is not working on iPhones anymore. It asks to update the app to log in. But there is no update available.

App isn’t functioning and not letting the users to login and use the points from 4 months ateast. Support keep giving deadlines which never happens.

It is not working since last 4 months now. Keeps saying update the app despite the fact that I am already using latest version.
