No internet & NO help!!!

I have been waiting days & days for help from them, to be able to play in the league tournament again, but absolutely NO HELP or even contact! The game keeps saying there’s no internet connection, but there is! I am a long time, annual paid member & this is the kind of help we get?? None?? I loved the game but will NOT pay for not being able to play!!😡😡😡

False advertising won’t win me!

Why do developers think I want a game that is not what is advertised? This is a collection of one! I like Free Cell. I dislike Klondike. Klondike (classic) is the only choice I got. I checked “help”. It tells me how to play Klondike. Not how to choose a different game. Not just angry… I am fed up! Delete Delete DELETE!

Magic puzzles

I love magic puzzles! That’s the reason I downloaded this app along with the others. I kept playing this app because of the bonus coins I get for the the puzzles.. Having said all that, I’ve noticed a pattern in the solitaire I can tell right off which ones I’ll win and those I will not. Please put a random feature in the code. Thank you.

What Changed?

I don’t know what changed in the most recent update, but I hardly ever win at spider anymore, and that’s the reason I play this game. Please fix whatever it is you broke. I don’t need to win every time, but once out of 10 is ridiculous. Before this update, I would have given it 5 stars.

Freezes ALL THE TIME!

I really started to like this app but at least 4-6 times a day it disconnects & I end up waiting longer than needed to take a break in my day & play this game. It’s getting extremely annoying!

In-game marketing ads ruin this game

Ridiculously intrusive Zimad (game developer) ads ruin this game. It pops up offers with no obvious way to click out of the page. I managed to play a few hands, then deleted the app. No, thank you.

Crashing

UPDATE Nov 1, 2021 App continues to crash as soon as it’s opened even after today’s update. It’s been almost 3 weeks…

Love the game

I love playing this game but the past week I haven’t been able to play it cause it kicks me out. I even took the app off of my phone and then put it back on and it still does it. Please fix what ever is going on cause I want to play the game.
