Please help!

I have an iPhone 6+ and version 28.0.0 of the game, and for some reason it won’t open! I used to have an iPhone 6s and was playing every day! Please let me know what I can do so I can play Ava’s Manor again!

Please fix!!

I love this game so much it’s one of the best by far, but now the game won’t even let me access it, it comes up with 3 buttons an Apple one, a Facebook one, and a person one, and none of them will allow me access into the game 😞

Great game challenging sometimes

Please fix background graphics

The background graphics are blurry and grainy which are affecting my eyes. I don’t have this problem with other games, and if you want me to spend money then please fix this problem. I do spend a lot of money on games that I like.

Good game & story but... seriously. How long til the next chapter? Is this done yearly or something? Please sort out more chapters. 1 star from time til this happens.

Crashes too often

I love this game but I’m only giving 3 stars because I can’t even play it anymore. Since the 13.0.0 update I will get to the loading screen then crash before it loads completely. Really disappointed. It used to crash occasionally but it didn’t worry me too much. This app needs to be fixed 😕

Nice game but....

It’s a very nice game but can you improve the graphics for iPad. It’s so pixelated . I will download again

Annoying

Such a good game when it’s up to date but once the latest chapter is finished, there’s nothing to do until it’s updated the next chapter. I wish they’d get it up faster in future.

Stupid/disappointed

The fact that you can only renovate the bottom living room and 1 bedroom not even fully is really disappointing I was enjoying the game until it became pointless and not being able to renovate anything ...
