The customer service need to do better. The company does not have a call center line. The company does not have headquarters or offices. Customers need to know where they can go in case something goes terribly wrong.i had a customer who was frustrated by customer service, He was helpless and i didn’t know the company offices as an agent. On the app there is an option for instant EFT but it takes more than 24 hours thats not instant🤔 E wallet is very slow.

This is very easy to use and to register, been a client since 2021 and I am very happy.
1) e wallet should be an instant transfer not 24 hours to send ewallet 2) e wallet pin takes very long to get to the recipient 3) no history on the app for Ewallet transactions How do i know e wallet have been collected nothing zero zero i have to do follow ups please be better I am very glad i can do online purchases yes but the above please update
