better battery control features needed
The app is decent but would benefit from better UX, especially around the battery management. There are several clicks needed to navigate from the energy overview screen to battery settings/scheduling and back (shortcut would be nice) But most importantly is to have better features to control when and how much charging/discharging to use. One ideal feature would be to be able to limit the purchased energy from grid during an hour (to reduce the ”effekttariff”). So for example energy is purchased from grid until 2 kWh is reached and then battery kicks in (if stored energy is available of course) to produce electricity as needed. Once the hour has passed the process repeats for the next hour. This way the purchased energy from grid is reduced. Another feature would of course be to be able to automatically consume/sell to grid based on actual market spot price, expected sun and current battery level
