Solv: Easy Same-Day Healthcare

All this app wants to do is make appointments. Lab results are not shown and to get them you have to call a number , leave a message and wait 90 + minutes for a call back.

The facility is open until 7 pm. We arrived at 5:30 pm and the waiting room was empty. We were told the provider had seen his limit of patients for the day and we could not be seen! Preposterous!! Have physicians joined the union?! What’s next, get there early and they’ll draw your name via a lottery? We ended up going to the ER where we received professional help.

I can’t schedule an appointment using the app because someone else registered before with my number. No response from support

How does this app have anything over two stars? This is not even minimal viable product. It makes so many mistakes and doesn’t even allow you to read the consent forma before signing them. I clicked on the forma to read the tiny type form on my phone. I could not read the forma because the type is so tiny and then I could go back to the screen where you sign them. Regardless, I am pretty sure this is illegal.

Very simple to schedule my video visits & in-person appointments. The staff are extremely professional and helpful in solving issues. Also was told that they could refer me to a primary care doctor since I don’t have one yet. I signed my partner up for it too because we will definitely be using this service a lot more. So easy to just do a same day appointment right from the comfort of my own home. They accept low income medical as well so u don’t have to pay tons of money to be seen by a doctor. Excellent service .

The recent update broke two factor authentication. No one can login to a new device. I was denied seeing a doctor for this!!! Please fix so we can use Solv providers, you guys are losing business!!!

I was on Video Visit for first time today with diagnosis of Covid (home test)which came out positive..After answering a few questions the person I talked to , who I assume was a Dr ..only prescribed cough medicine!! When I talked to pharmacy they couldn’t believe that was all that was prescribed.. What should I do??I can’t be out with Covid ..I’m 78 yrs young and can’t drive due to fact that I’m having a Vertigo problem..
