Make international, high quality business calls at the cost of local calls.
The person you call sees your regular mobile phone number - or if you so
prefer - an international phone number that you buy from Sonetel.
How does the app work?
The app sets up a regular mobile call in your country, and another local
call in the destination country. The two calls are then automatically
bridged together via Sonetel's global network. This ensures excellent call
quality.
There are two call modes:
With “Call thru” your mobile automatically calls a local access number in
your country.
With “Call back” Sonetel will instead call to your mobile.

Sonetel FAQ
Is Sonetel free?
Yes, Sonetel is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Sonetel legit?
⚠️ The Sonetel app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Avoid Sonetel, and avoid their services, here is why:
After you buy a number from them, your account will be limited instead of being premium.
You will be surprised if their complicated acquires from you to reactivate your account, just after you buy a premium service from them.
I regret I have made a payment for this silly service.
Stay away and find an alternative, thanks
Simplicity
Sonetel is an awesome service for those who are on the move. I recommend Sonetel for every aspiring business!
Thanks Sonetel
Seriously I never thought Sonetel will release a comprehensive app like this. All my time using Sonetel I have never used the app because I thought it was complicated. But now I can use Sonetel on my phone. The future I love most is where you can choose to show my mobile phone number or Sonetel phone number, this is superb thanks Sonetel.
Navigating
I’m new to the application, although I’ve been with Sonetel for a while. I’m still learning how to navigate the platform and must admit that it will take me a little while to learn how to use it effectively and efficiently.
Good solution
Running a business when out of the country is challenging, which is why we went with Sonetel. I like the app...my calls are perfectly clear.
Can’t make a call
Very disappointed ! I can’t make a call, despite the fact that I purchased a number and the account was refilled and this after many tries.
On top of this, when the call function will work one day, I have to pay the fees two time because there is only a call back option, despite that on their website they said that we can can choose between « call thru » where we will pay the regular fees and « call back » when the fees is twice.
Receiving call on the purchased number work normally.
Poucos oferecem um número Portugal
Infelizmente falta SMS e outras funcionalidades existem app para outros países com tais funções. No restante funciona muito bem as ligações funcionam perfeitamente, os preços são um pouco altos , mas pela necessidade vale a pena.
Unfortunately doesn’t have SMS function as competitors must improve
iPhoneX
Hello
You updated to iPhoneX
Doesn’t work
Call through doesn’t work. That’s a big one. Other small bugs. Time to fix the app or remove it from the store. Doing neither is close to false advertising, Sonotel: you’re aware it doesn’t work and you continue to represent it as part of the services you charge for, even though the app itself is free. Tsk tsk tsk.
Terrible
Not only requested my American passport and local bills, which I provided, but that wasn’t enough to provide service. I am with my husband in Ukrsine now in the zone of military conflict with Russia, so I decided to purchase a phone number so my family and friends could call us. But NO, that did not fulfill “their regulations” and the also wanted to charge $2.00 for a refund of $2.49. And this is on the same day of purchase when one can jus void a transaction.
Worst ever!
