Cancelled my subscription and was still charged anyway. Absolutely not okay I’d like a refund please.

I had been with Spotify for 6 years, with 3.5k liked songs and untold playlists, although with a little trouble, I had my entire library moved into Apple Music for $17 and 30 minutes. Stunning. Will use again if I shift music provider.

Wasn’t able to transfer a single song with this app. After paying the $13 subscription fee I attempted to move a larger playlist over from Spotify to YouTube Music. Out of the 1300 songs, 600 of them could not be matched. I attempted to transfer the balance and was told the transfer failed. I tried again with a small playlist of only 23 songs. Of these only 7 could be matched. The balance also could not be transferred over to YouTube Music. I tried subscribing to TuneMyMusic instead and transferred everything in under an hour. Even better, it was able to transfer practically every song without issue (the 1300 song playlist only had 12 songs it couldn’t match). And it was cheaper than SongShift!

Love this app, very happy with its functionality! At last, an app that does what it says it does!

I was suggested this app to shift my playlists from Spotify to Apple Music, and saw a lot of good reviews so thought I’d give it a go. Almost 200 playlists transferred and almost all of them had incorrect songs added/swapped out. It took me ages to reorganise my music and I could’ve saved the money from going pro and just done it myself. It might’ve taken a bit longer but at least all my stuff would have been accurate and I wouldn’t be out $12.99. Unreal.

Transferred my Spotify music to my Apple Music was easy to use and free.

This is a great app doing exactly what it promises. Very intuitive and just works. Makes switching between music services a breeze. Thanks!

Sort of cumbersome resolving playlist by playlist, and maybe only matches 99% of songs, but it’s good enough. Worthwhile service.

Tried to use this to migrate from Apple Music to Spotify. Not a single playlist copied over and it failed to even recognise about 80% of the songs within each playlist. So frustrating, waste of time and money.
