Problem with Password Reset

I love this app that the Sons of Korah put together. I love the music, the subscriber content and overall the mission of the band. However I’m giving it only three stars because of a number of issues that I’ve run into. First all I couldn’t access the subscriber content at shortly after subscribing and had to uninstall and install the app to get it to work properly. During this time the app had a tendency to quit. The biggest issue I had was that I couldn’t reset my password. I put in my email address and the app said an email was sent to reset my password when no such email was sent to me in the first place. I’m not hating on the app, it has the potential to do great things but it still has some kinks that need to be work out of it.

We have been listening to Sons of Korah everyday and everywhere we go. Their songs changed our lives, and we have been able to memorize several Psalms by listening and singing (as it used to be in biblical times) We really recommend Sons of Korah to everyone who wants the best of lyrics (can it get any better by singing the Scriptures?), with the best of melodies.

Would love it if it weren’t buggy

JA3252 on

The app is a great concept, but it has few bugs that are deal breakers. 1. It frequently logs me out, which is unnecessary—after all, my phone is protected by TouchID. 2. When it prompts me for my password and I click on the saved passwords option, the app places my password into the email address, which is a hassle to fix. 3. If I cast a video to my TV, the video stops in two minutes when my screen auto locks. 4. Videos stop playing when I switch apps instead of playing in the floating view. Sorry to the developers for the negative review. I just didn’t have any other way of reporting the bugs. The form on the website doesn’t work.

Willing to donate more for better working app

It’s it very generous that this ministry charges only $8 every 3 months to access all their library which I really enjoy. But the app crashes a lot but I understand that with the donation they receive they can only do so much to improve it. I personally don’t mind making monthly donations to not only give them more capital to improve the app but to also bless this ministry. The Lord is really using you guys trough this ministry. Thanks so much

False advertising?

Will Faulkner on

The app description states that all songs are available offline to a premium account. This is not true! I have to download the songs over and over. They will not play WITHOUT an internet connection.
