Buggy

Its very hard to login for some reason every time i try to log in its like it keeps making me repeat the email and captcha (edit —>) i still cant log in and i got banned temporarily for no reason

No remove function?

You can’t even do something as simple as your remove items from your cart on the app or on the website. It’s a pretty basic function that all apps should have if you’re purchasing something.

Worst way of ending the program

The way y’all chose to end the program no heads up and just completely eliminating the movie passes (which I was 4/5 if I may add) is just downright wrong at least universal rewards gave us a few months of notice

Love this app

Keeps me updated on my points and they have so many different ways to earn them. My issue lies with redeeming points on the app. It’s pretty glitchy and you sometimes have to call customer service to remedy the issue.

It’s very beneficial,you justify have to stay with it.

Horrible

If you want to spend the rest of your life going in circles between the App and the Website constantly facing logins and Captcha challenges, this is for you. Anything else, skip this app. It’s nothing but ads. Constantly shows red pips and pips with numbers. Spend 20 min logging in only to find no messages just Sony ads and prizes you’d need to spend a million dollars to qualify for… if you that kind of cash, you probably would have already bought any Sony product if you actually wanted it.
