In der neuesten Version 9.7.2.3 ist eine App Installation ohne App Store nicht mehr möglich. Unsere Art der MDM App Verteilung ist nicht mehr möglich. Bitte sofort ändern. Dann gehen auch die Sterne hoch. VG

Nicht wirklich ausgereift nach meiner Erfahrung
An wichtigen Ecken und Kanten ist die MDM Lösung noch nicht wirklich ausgereift. Wenn ich z.B. eine App im Kiosk-Modus betreibe, ist die Sophos App im Hintergrund nicht mehr wirklich aktiv und irgendwann sind Gerät und die Sophos Cloud nicht mehr synchron bzw. verbunden. Dann lässt sich die Richtlinie mit dem Kiosk-Modus nicht entfernen und ich muss das Gerät über den Apple-Configurator reseten und komplett neu ausrollen. Das kann nicht im Sinne des Erfinders sein. Zwei weitere Probleme: Wenn ich eine WLAN-Richtlinie über Sophos ausrolle im Verbund eines Proxy-Servers, können sich zwei Apps mit unseren internen Servern nicht verbinden. Wenn ich das WLAN manuell oder über den Apple Configurator ausrolle, ist dies möglich. Und im Kiosk-Modus können die Geräte anscheinend kein Roaming mehr zwischen den Access-Points unseres WLANs. So kann ich die Geräte nicht optimal verwalten und das ganze artet wieder Lauferei aus.
Keine MDM Verbindung mehr
Nach testweise Zurücksetzen des IPads bekommt das Gerät, trotz Verbindung zum BusinessManager, keine Verbindung mehr zum Sophos MDM.. Das registrieren schlägt einfach grundlos fehl, Status = Nicht verwaltet…
Watch OS Support?
Das letzte Update ist 9 Monate her. Passiert hier noch was? Ist zum Beispiel eine Apple Watch Komplikation geplant, bei der ich Mails und vor allem Termine einsehen und verwalten kann?
Probleme mit iOS 14
Seit dem Update auf iOS 14 gibt es Probleme mit den Updates installierter Apps. Für jedes Update muss das Apple-Passwort einzeln eingegeben werden. Alle aktualisieren funktioniert leider nicht mehr, es wird immer wieder das Passwort abgefragt aber nichts installiert.
Unbenutzbar
Extrem langsam, wenn man viele Apps über Sophos anbietet. Bei uns ca. 380, damit ist die App nicht mehr benutzbar.
Größter Schrott
Diese Firma gehört vom Markt gefegt für Inkompetenz. Die Apps sind nur Schrott und der Support unsäglich, weil keiner da!

Töne fehlen
Toll gemacht, sieht aus wie Outlook. Aber die Einstellung von Benachrichtigungstönen fehlt. So kann man den Unterschied zu privaten Benachrichtigungen nicht hören.
App taugt nix !
App taugt nix! Schlechtes Handling , nach Updates nur neue Probleme... Schade...🤥
