Description

Stuck with unused PTO?
Meet Sorbet.
Employees can now instantly cash out their unused PTO and spend it on ANYTHING, while employers turn an enormous liability into a huge tax benefit that helps control cash flow and saves the company money. Pretty sweet!
Spend Time (literally)
Pay for your next break with your unusable time! Sorbet predicts the portion of your PTO balance which you may never be able to use, and allows you to cash it out immediately (instead of having to wait until you leave the company sometime in the future). Cashed out days are loaded onto a virtual prepaid card which can be used anywhere Visa is accepted.
