رفعت طلب منذ اكثر من 8 ايام لصيانة جهاز والى الان لم يتم التواصل او التجاوب معي ولا يوجد خدمة عملاء الرجاء التجاوب معي والا سيتم إبلاغ وزارة التجارة

طلبت عامله منزليه ودفعت المبلغ المطلوب ولم يتم ارسالها ولا يوجد تلفون او وسيله تواصل التلفون الموجود بالموقع لي يومين اتصل ولا احد يرد

نصيحة شوفوا غيرهم خدمة عملاء مروووحه وكل مره اقول بعطيهم فرصة ونفس المشاكل تحدث مع اكثر من خدمة تدفع ويسحبون عليك تتصل ماحد يتجاوب

يعطون مواعيد و ما حد يجي تطبيق سيء و خدمة فاشلة

تطبيق جداً سيء واستغلالي قطعة غيار صينية لغسالة ب ٦٠٠ ريال سعودي والضمان شهر تطبيق فاشل

Unreliable timing for car wash and other servecis

وقد قمت بحجز عاملتين تنظيف من شركتكم بتاريخ [١٥ يونيو]، وقمت بدفع المبلغ المطلوب البالغ [١٨٨ريال] مقدمًا ولم تصل العاملتين

تطبيق جدا سيء وطلبت ولا جابو العاملة ولا رجعو الفلوس

يوجد مشغلين في التطبيق سيئين

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience. I booked and paid for AC services through your application and selected an available date and time that suited me. However, no technician showed up at the scheduled time and we have prepared the place and time for that… also I was unable to reach anyone through the application as customer services were “off”!!. If you are unable to deliver services on the dates provided, it is misleading to keep your application open for bookings. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Please address this issue immediately and arrange for my service to be completed as soon as possible. Thank you
