Our partners dispatch the local emergency services in the local language and help is on the way. In order to cover the cost of this service, you should have medical travel insurance.
The app covers duty of care for travelers, as information and travel alerts from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs are included and instant help can be activated on a worldwide basis.
