Hi, I love playing soul knight, i've been playing it a lot in the past. But recently, it seems like after a few update, it becomes more and more laggy. Is this a problem with my device or is it the game itself? My device is Iphone 6s plus I would love to hear the developers thoughts aboit this
After the recent update, the game crashes even more often than before. I really love the game, it never crashes this often before. Even logging in now can cause crash, changing character, going into the level dungeon, matrix, season, and just about anything cause crash
the game really amazing, but it always say connection error and the server is unstable

Hello, apparently my region in my game is in China, but I live in Indonesia and I can't sign up because of it, I don't know how to change regions when it basically wouldn't help me play at all. I wish it comes up with no regulation whatsoever.
I used to play this amazing game while flights, but now I can’t open the game in airplane mode. Fix please 🙏

I don't know what happened but I lost the sun gokong assassin skin, i feel bad after so long i spent grinding seasonal coins, my mythic weapon is still safe and fine, even though I buy supply crates after I bought the sun gokong skin, that means i only lost those skins (including Blani but it doesn't matter).
The game is awesome from many aspects but only one exception; User Settings The user settings lack some options. Camera movement settings, auto-lock enemies, etc could be added so players can enjoy the game more the way the like. Oh and few suggestions : -Add highlight to player’s selected character for minimizing confusion. This will help alot in multiplayer or during intense stages. Oh and make it adjustable and different colour option so players can adjust the highlight’s visibility like the way they like. -Add additional information or backstories to characters for indepth. Thats all, i hope you guys read this :)
