I can't access to my reward, it shut down every time I try. Very useless.

Not only can you use it to sign-up to our Soulmates Loyalty Program, you can also access your account information, track your points, view your recent orders, and keep on top of your rewards.
It will also dig-ify your membership card so your wallet will be happy. We highly encourage all our Soulmates to go plastic/paper free where they can to help our marine & forest friends, so if you sign up directly through this App you can save a tree…or two!

Reward never shows up in my app
The reward never shows up in my app, and I had no where to find out what my reward is except asking the staff from Soul Origin store.
App never works properly
I can never do an advanced order as when I come to pay it always says server error. It doesn’t matter where I am or what internet connection I have, I always get the same error. Plus I can never view what rewards I have. I can how many but when I try to view them I can see nothing. Very frustrating and annoying.
Not ios15 compatible
Do you not care about your other customers anymore? This problem has been brought up by many people and yet nothing has been improved.

My wife but something from a store and they passed a gift card to my wife saying that you can buy a free coffee with it from their store and my wife passed that card to me and I wanted to grab that coffee and they said that you should download the app and then you will be able to take that coffee and then I did download and register for the app and then I saw that I should visit the store 5 times to unlock that damn coffee! Man what a process! If they told the process first or any instructions in the website regarding the 5 time visit to unlock a damn coffee I wouldn’t bother to download the app and register to see that I should do more for a such a small gift. I felt like a dumb wasting my time and information to receive another lie! I won’t visit any of these stores again!
Useless
App is awful. Never loads anything. Can never see my rewards, can never see whether my account is even logged in. Any button I press just comes up with “error. Connect to server” even with this new update
Missing vouchers
I just updated this app and my free coffee voucher disappeared 😳 not the first time that this happened!!! 😡
App Faulty
Within the past week received a reward and is valid until 6/06/24; and app states I have 5 rewards to claim however clicking on that tab shows it’s empty and have no rewards; think it needs a bit of jigging
The app has never worked
Previous version (no internet connection) when internet was always working. Now it’s just errors
Terrible app.
Terrible app. It shows expired rewards (bait advertising) or tells me i have 3 rewards available, but when I click to see them it is empty. Emails tell me I have a free coffee reward, but nothing shown in the app. I have tried to report to Soul Origin, but they seem unwilling to listen or help. This app makes me NOT want to go to Soul Origin and I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
