This app changed my life. The deep healing meditations, weekly forecasts and overall guidance from Gaia has brought me so much peace and acceptance. I cannot emphasise how important this app is for everyone. If you are wanting to focus on your spiritual development then this is where to go for support.

I have been using this app for just over a year and I couldn’t thank Gaia enough for how amazing her mahi is. I have felt myself grow as a woman in more ways I can describe… The support received on the app, not only from Gaia but the other members as well, is like a whānau where we all lift each other up and continue to awhi one another’s journeys. Thank you so much for bringing this into existence, my life would look a lot different without it 🌈🦋✨

I recommend this app to everyone. There are so many powerful meditations, and since I have been doing them regularly it has made a massive shift in my emotional/spiritual health. What makes this app unique is how Gaia makes recommendations based on the current energy or moon phase, and there is a new exercise or meditation every week. You can never get bored and I really look forward to my spiritual “homework”. The supportive online community is also a bonus. Just love it!

This app and Gaia’s regular uploads, have turned me from an ‘I have no time to meditate’ person into an ‘I absolutely need to meditate’ person 🙌🏼 I’ve downloaded a lot of self-help apps over the years but practicing daily mindfulness just wouldn’t stick or I’d find an excuse to not prioritise it e.g. (Mum-life/too busy/ tired/room too noisy and so it goes...). What I love about the Soul 33 app is that while there are plenty of meditations and exercises to choose from, I have found Gaia’s weekly prompts and intuitive guidance the most impactful. Her Monday Mantra’s always resonate in some way (or in every way!) and her recommendations give me a sense of direction for how I can make the most of/navigate the week ahead. Turns out as much as I love having choices in apps, I need direction and a friendly nudge from Gaia each week to really feel the benefits and stay invested!

This app is a fantastic way to have world renowned Gaia, available to you for what feels like one-on-one daily life coaching. My daughters and I each have and use this app for what we feel are assisting us in our singular day-to-day growth. For a one-off cost you can change your life for the better. Also comes with great ICT backup.

I genuinely love this app. Gaia’s insights are invaluable. I find it the mostly phenomenally supportive tool toward facilitating my own healing journey. It helps me tune into and learn to honour my authentic self, and to delve deeper into my own spiritual awaking. I use it almost daily.
