SoulPod: Breathwork Meditation

I was assigned a SoulPod did day 1 of my journey then the app said it needed an update so of course I updated it but then got kicked out of my SoulPod. 😒

I’ve been exploring the SoulPod app for a few months and it’s completely transformed my daily spiritual routine. Right from the start, navigating the app was intuitive and the aesthetic really draws you into a space of calm and focus. Each feature, from the guided meditations to the breathwork exercises, feels like it’s been crafted just for my journey! It’s not just an app—it’s a community and a spiritual guide rolled into one. I wholeheartedly recommend SoulPod to anyone looking to enrich their life with more meaning and connection. Joining this community has been one of the best decisions for my personal and spiritual development!

I’m absolutely addicted. I don’t always have the time or luxury to sit in a beautiful garden and meditate - but I desperately need a reset and regrounding everyday and SoulPod gives me that. Being able to have such relatable and uplifting content just at my finger tips has been life changing. I see it in my meetings, in myself, in my daily interactions. So grateful for this tool.

I’ve done the first meditation, and it was good. But what’s the point of having a soul pod if you can’t communicate with them? There are only two people in mine, but I can’t figure out how to chat with them. I can click on their faces, but it takes me to their home page and I can see them her they want to achieve through the journey and that’s it. Jury is still out. I’ll try for day 2 tomorrow. Maybe something will click and I can figure out how to communicate with the others. A bit disappointing that it’s not clear. But maybe it’s just me. Update to review: I have upgraded my review from 3 to 4 stars. I think the meditations are very calming. I like the breathing exercises. My actual pod is just not very good. I think I’m at 46% done with my journey. I now have 6 other people I believe. It seems like I’m the only one really doing it. Everybody else is 1%, 3%. Very low. I get the concept. Unfortunately, you can’t control what everybody is doing in the pods assigned. So that’s been a bit disappointing. I think you just have to do it by yourself and not worry about the others who may be assigned in your pod.

SoulPod has cultivated the clarity and presence I have been seeking. The variety of approaches renew and engage the spirit opening new avenues of exploration and transformation mentally, spiritually and physically. I’ve never stayed so consistently committed six months into a meditative journey. Thank you 🙏

I just finished my first journey which was incredible. I didn't expect a ton since I had a dedicated spiritual and meditation practice already, and to make time for this I gave up my existing daily breathwork practice. But I decided to go all in and I'm so glad I did!!! I was paired with the sovereign journey which is associated with the sacral chakra. And it clearly did a ton for it... I made time for the creative endeavors I'd been putting off for ages with ease, and I let go of stuff that was no longer serving me which made room for more awesome stuff to come in ! Additionally I felt great, breathed better, and started each day off in a beautiful headspace. It really felt like Crystal was my personal guide for my 3 week journey… something that usually requires a ton of money! Her voice is calming, grounding, and uplifting at the same time. I'm looking forward to my next journey!

I would really like a meditation app where there isn’t so much talking. It’s annoying, because how am I supposed to meditate and visualize ANYTHING with someone just talking away in the background. Is it possible to shorten the introductions? To me, the 30 minute long discussions the lady has with herself is extremely distracting. Disappointed in this app.
