I enjoy being able to make sure my accounts are secure and how it is easy to check my balance and easy deposits😊😀
Fixed login
They updated the login instructions with the code. Very happy now!
Card controls
I can’t unblock my card the controls just glitch to turn back off and won’t allow me to turn on

Ive been trying to turn my card on for an hour but it doesn’t want to work
Nickel n Dime
Sound CU will nickel n dime your account with unnecessary fees. Won’t give you a loan or credit card…
Sound credit union is the best
This app is easy to use and very helpful keeping track of my car loan status
Account issue
Having a hard time signing up compared to other inline banking. Called. their customer hotline about the issue but they can’t even help me. Waste of time waiting for 25 minutes only to be told they can’t give access my account because they don’t have an account specialist.
Barely works
This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It barely works and has frequent periods where it doesn’t work at all. I have to use this to make my car payments, and it seems like it never works the same way twice. I’m going to have to refinance my auto loan to another bank just so I can make my car payments. Horrible!
