Can’t ever get in. Never sent a OPT

Subscriber for a while now. $20/month and no offline download STILL is leaving a worse and worse taste in my mouth. Every other service has that. You should too. Or let me pay you one lump sum for an album. Subscriptions have gotten out of hand. I respect people’s choice if they wish to support that and feel nothing about it. Im jealous. But ill probably be leaving soon as this feels scummier with each major update that still doesnt feature that basic option of offline downloads. Edit: Seeing how you respond to criticism by blatantly ignoring what is said really sends it home for me. Thank you for what you do, but i no longer resonate with the app based on the reasons above. Wishing all of you the best that there is for you, as i go towards whats best and most resonant to me.
