Sound Storm

Ever since my child started the program it has been very glitchy and does not record her progress at all . She hates it so much that when I tell her to do it she shouts she always says it’s boring so please make the program cheaper less glitchy and not boring we don’t want a screaming child crying because of this program this is why I gave this app a one star

The programme itself is actually good but the app needs so much improvement that I wouldn’t take a chance on it in its current form. It’s not stable, the data was completely lost for no reason on month 6 and there is no support.

The scoring does not work on this app. We paid a lot of money for it and would therefore expect it to work properly.

Despite the extraordinarily high price we were pleased with this app because it seemed to do what it promised and viewed as a medical expense it's acceptable. However, the latest version freezes and crashes all the time on both of our iPads (air2 and small pro) which makes it more or less useless. I look forward to giving it a better review once it's fixed but would urge new users to stay away until then.

The app itself seems to be very good and I can see it helping my child. The problem is that the scoring system is faulty and it's hard to gauge how much progress is being reliably made. App makers say refer to Lisn program to check progress but we don't have access to that program. For the high price it should be perfect, sadly it isn't. PLEASE FIX IT!!!

Scoring still doesn't work. We paid a lot of money and there has been no update to fix this known bug for months. Please sort
