Poor app, poor customer support and service. Great mag!

Cannot log in and after 3 support emails of “help”, still cannot access mag subscription. Next step canceling visa charge

Great magazine but terrible app

App randomly deleted my entire library with no ability to get my past issues back. I was saving 3 new issues for a trip but now they are gone unless I want to buy them individually again.

Subscription Troubles

You really need to get your subscription act together! I love this magazine! I am a long term subscriber! I have a subscription! I want to read the latest magazine and be able to access the library which I have paid for.

Soundings App

App does not work. Constantly will not download the magazine even though it has auto-renewed. I now have paid for something that I can not get.

What is wrong with you guys?

How can you even stay in business when you bill my credit card for subscription and then deliver a product that will not even open the app on latest iOS on my iPad. Pls fix it !

Constant Issues With App

I enjoy reading this when I can get it to open. I subscribe to 7 magazines monthly and this is the only one that I constantly have issues with. Most of the time I cannot even get the app to open further than the home scene. After multiple calls to Soundings digital support and multiple calls to iTunes I have the same issues. I would only recommend this in the print version.

Wont work with ios 11!

Bad app, aggravating!

App not working since auto renew. Until they get the bugs out of this, don't waste your money.

Love the mag, hate the app

I have loved Soundings for years but this might be the worst app I have ever used. It crawls on my iPad, and crashes constantly (iPad 2 3rd gen). It's really a shame.

AVOID DO NOT USE!

Doesn't work. Now locked into an auto renew I can't cancel and I can't even download the content. Worst app I've purchased on iTunes!!
