This app is very easy to use - perfect to get ratios for bread in a flash. Why not 5 stars? well, it's the ads. It would be great if the developer provided an option for add-free for a small fee. Otherwise, congratulations to the developer for functional simplicity!
I’m going to try this, but I would love to be able to set the hydration % and for it to tell me the water weight needed. Especially good if I’m doing an odd number of loaves. I like getting the weight of resulting loaves the most so it can balance variable leaven rates that I move around depending on temperature. I guess another cool feature might be to be able to juggle multiple different loaf prep? If you were looking for things to do? Thanks! I really appreciate the app.
