Not enough menu selections
I downloaded this app and realized it was pure garbage! Only has a few suggestions for meals in each category. Who recommends eating marshmallows as a snack on a diet!?! I can think of a hundreds of healthier options.
These are the exact same recipes as in the 5:2 app. They are by calorie not by what's approved for South Beach. Lots of very starchy recipes. Same with the alkaline diet recipes app. Not effort has been made to make sure these adhere to any diet except a little bit to the 5:2.
I have used the books but so was expecting more division by phases
Downloaded this app and was initially excited by the great photos. Upon closer look I discovered that many of the recipes were LOADED with sugar. Deleted the app immediately. No way is this true to the South Beach Diet.
I like the application, but each time I try to select a dinner recipe, it shuts down. Also, there isn't any feedback when marking a recipe as a favorite, and it make duplicate records in the favorite page. If the bugs were fixed, I would give a higher rating. As of now, there are recipes that look great, but I can't access them.
