Highly recommend this app & Southend dog training as a whole. Super informative videos & best of all an online help service where you can ask any queries/send videos & get a response from one of the trainers. I sent a query at 5:30am and had a response by 9am from a trainer called Sam. Amazing service!!!!
The advice and training videos are great but is let down by user ability of the app. - I’ve had issues submitting videos for advice. - Finding where my videos have been saved, so I can revisit them. - It would be great if there was a step by step guide on training puppies. - Easier search function with clear titles.
Really useful videos, great for starting out with a puppy. Would be helpful to be able to search the videos on the app (you can on the website)
