Bought two tickets on line - not tech savvy so screenshot the QR code and managed to lock ourselves out the account! I emailed and Liz answered very quickly with support. Darren the driver was patient, kind and a complete professional to everyone boarding the bus. Met Peter at Yarmouth and he was also very helpful. An amazing team working and we throughly enjoyed the bus journey across the island Thank you 😃

Handy to have the option to buy digital tickets but it’s missing the ability to add tickets to Apple Wallet. This would be much more convenient as then they could also be displayed in the Apple Watch if the phone battery has died. Most other travel providers offer this so it would be great if this could be included in a future update

Amazing bus service and the app is brilliant

Reliable info. Realtime tracking. Best fares info. This is one of the best ‘bus’ apps 8ve ever used. Buses on the Isle of Wight are some of the best in the county.

Just like to say thank you to all the Southern Vectis Drivers. With all the road closures etc over the winter/ spring months , they all have remained ( outwardly at least 😂) calm and collected! More than I would have been!

The app is great, as is the service. The live tracker means we’re now having a drinking knowing we have time. Good work on the app.

What a fabulous efficient service the island has…. Friendly drivers who are so skilled in negotiating the dreadful roads .more of the residents need to get out
