App is not working to book “waiting on list” sessions

Yes, Southwark Leisure is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.

It’s been more than a week that we are not able to book our “ waiting on the list” sessions.
The gym is not provided with an attendant every day, as it should be for Health & Safety. Also, the phone is rarely answered if I need to make contact.
Improving
The app has always been bad but since changing to Southwark it’s so much worse. I can’t log in and when I do, I can’t book anything. I haven’t been able to book anything in months so why am I paying for this rubbish?
Steam room & sauna have been closed for weeks /months now , Teaching Pool continues to close one week open then unable to changed the depth , just really frustrating ! Since Southwark have taken over the whole centre is falling apart . I suffer with mental health , I used to really enjoy coming for a swim but it’s never consistent now , such a shame that it’s come to this .

Not easy to navigate.
Love this place , The staff are so good & helpful Leo on front desk so helpful on Friday 22/03/2024 Sorted my app out so that I could book my session!! Then there’s the lovely Rochelle she as become a friend castle Centre manager front of house !! There’s a guy who is a manager , don’t know his name , but been there 8 years as long as I have been going , alway will say hello !! Great place for meeting people !! If I win the lottery these people will Be on my list to treat as they have been good to me ( Showing Kindnesses) Pauline Hickson
The app is much worse compared to previous everyone active as you are unable to get any type of notifications & most importantly you don’t get notified in any way when a space becomes available and you are in the waiting list. I have multiple times, called & visited the gym and they can’t do anything to fix this with the excuse this is IT issue. If it wasn’t for the limited gym options in the area I would have definitely left months ago.
