Seriously?? App cannot be used for payment?
Been using the app for past 2 years and all of a sudden after a UI update, the “bill” to “payment” is gone ? How you expect me to pay when the app don’t have such a function?

We are also launching Green Goals! A new feature that tracks your individual environmental impact and contribution towards the SG Green Plan 2030.

live agent not doing work and just cut me off after 30min?
I waited for live agent to help on billing enquires patiently - in end get cut off without abruptly even without chance to chat with a live agent! If you eant to provide service please regulate probably! Disappointed
