Quick Guide:
1. Install spacedesk DRIVER software for Windows Primary PC.
Download from: https://www.spacedesk.net
2. Install this spacedesk Viewer app for iOS.
3. Open this spacedesk Viewer app and connect to Windows Primary PC.
Connection: USB or LAN (Local Area Network).
LAN: Driver and Viewer must be on the same network
- via Mobile Hotspot
Note: Does NOT need internet connection!

The Windows Primary Machine running spacedesk Driver...
...supports Windows 11, Windows 10 or Windows 8.1. Apple Macs are not supported.
Dual monitor and multi monitor configurations are supported.

The Secondary Machine or Device (iOS network display client)...
...is an iPad, iPhone or device running the spacedesk iOS app.

The wireless and wired cable connection...
...connects Windows Primary Machine to Secondary Machine or Device over USB, LAN (Local Area Network e.g. Ethernet) and/or WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network).
Local Area Network connection can be wired or over WiFi. TCP/IP network protocol is required.

Unable to set network permission for the app

The network permission dialogue didn’t pop up thus can’t detect the server. My iPad doesn’t have cellular and I’ve tried switching Wi-Fi on and off but it didn’t work. Completely unusable

Fantastic app. Why is it free? Does what it says effortlessly. Very easy to install and use. Just works! I would recommend to anyone looking to use iPad as a second screen. Follow up. This used to work with rds but seems not to now. Has anything changed?

may not available on new version ios

You know that you should able to find your app in the setting of IOS. But this app is not in that list. Moreover it can't find my win10 PC. My ios version is 15.7.1, pls test it thank you

Noise on monitor

Honestly this app is good🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩. But i only have one problem. How do i get volume to come on the monitor too.?

Works flawlessly

My experience: This app is really good as it does EVERYTHING it says it does which is a major green flag, I use my phone with it and although it has a small screen it’s pretty good. Supportability: Let’s say you have an iPad mini (the older version) most minis run iPad OS 9.3.5 which is perfect because this app supports versions 9.0+ which also means you can get a cheap iPad off of eBay/Facebook for a nice big screen. Sadly this only supports windows because this is such a good app but I understand it could be a little harder to make an app for Mac. Overall - Conclusion: This is a great app, good for most productivity type things. I give it a… 5/5 STARS! Great job devs!

Amazing

So impressed with this app. Does exactly what I wanted. Even better it works on an old iPad 3 !

Has potential but

I love the concept of this app and yes, it works but could be way better. It has a lot of potential but when using it as a second screen it is extremely laggy. So much so that it’s off putting. I’d love to use this app more in the future but improvements are needed. Best of luck !

No connections

Tried everything to get my pc driver to connect to my iPad or Phone, no luck. Also tried entering IP-address manually but all I get is ‘IP Validation in progress…’ forever.
