Sometimes that means you’re playing with someone who bids their hand and avoids bags and sometimes it means you’re across from a moron, and no matter how obvious a bid or a play is, you’re going to lose. On some level I imagine this is realistic. Yet, when you need 20 points to go out and have only six bags, a conservative play is in order. There is no such thing as a multiplayer game as you are still playing the computer. The computer parter does a horrible job of covering when you go nil and constantly under bids. I've seen on many occasions when the computer will be the first to bid and bids one...turns out they had 3 aces in their hand. Also the computer will dump spades when we haven't made bid and then we don't make our bid. Nerve racking! On the flip side, when we make our bid, they still hold high trump cards and we end up sandbagging. When playing a "special" character, they go nil and succeed far more than they statistically should.
