Spanish Word of the Day

I really love this app. Getting those random bonus words to learn every day is great to help from my Spanish. And the examples that go with them are a great way to test yourself to see if you can translate it before seeing it. I just block the English translations until I figure it out. Also the word search is a really nice touch. As far as the ads are concerned , they pop in now and then but you can “x” out of them straight away unlike many others who’s ads stay on for a long time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The speaking is much too fast for me to follow. There should be a speed control, so I can hear the words accurately.

Filled with advertising and on the third day no new word. Don’t waste your money.

It’s kinda funny but I get Diente (tooth) every single day I’ve never gotten another word😭

The app used to send push notifications with the word and definition, which allowed users to passively learn Spanish and reinforce their vocabulary. It now sends a notification everyday telling the user to click to see the word. While the app still has many useful learning features when you do click it, the push notification was my main use for the app. I will be uninstalling and replacing the app now.

I wish the crossword would provide the English translation after completing the puzzle instead of having to look them up myself.

Every time I open the app it gets stuck on the loading page. I have deleted and redownloaded and the problem persist so :(

This is a delightful app! It’s exactly what it needs to be and nothing more. I always use the word finds as a little treat after completing my Spanish lesson on Duolingo. The one thing I’d like to suggest is that you should let people remove the system popups without restarting the puzzle. Every time I complete the word find the “restart” popup blocks my view. I just want to sit in the feeling of accomplishment and look at my competed word find. Update: Thank you all for listening! I just got to enjoy the confetti covered success of completing your word find. 10 stars!
