Bank wechseln
ich habe ausschließlich frustrierende Erlebnisse mit der Sparda-Bank. Der Versuch, jetzt über diese App Online Banking es sinkt, die App ist unbrauchbar und fehlerhaft und eigentlich der Tropfen, der das Fass jetzt zum überlaufen bringt. Ich wechsel die Bank.
Password Management schlecht
Mit der Apple Password App scheint das schlecht getestet. Jedenfalls treten mit IOS18 bei der Registrierung der App Fehler auf. Benutzerhinweise gibt‘s nicht. Das ist ärgerlich und kostet Zeit und Geld, u.a. durch Postzustellung eines neuen Aktivierungscodes.

Den Frust kann man dich sparen
Jedes Quartal ein Problem. Im Urlaub ist man u. U. komplett aufgeschmissen.
Mies. Ich vermisse den TAN Generator.
Schnell und zuverlässig
Die App benutze ich seit ca. 2 Jahren ohne Probleme in der Kombination PC/iPad. Was ich wünschenswert fände, ist die deutliche Verlängerung des Timeouts, da ich keine 2 Überweisung mit einem Secure-Login bewältigen kann (Cut&Paste aus einer PDF-Rechnung und Adressatenauswahl aus der Empfängerliste).
Fehlermeldungen verunsichern
Bis vor kurzem lief die App noch einigermaßen. Doch seit kurzem zeigt sie immer Fehlermeldungen an, nach dem Motto „Verbindung fehlgeschlagen“, was mich bei einer Banking App extrem verunsichert. Zudem funktioniert die Face-ID von heute auf morgen nicht mehr. Keine Empfehlung. Ja, ich habe die aktuellste Version.
Faceid funktioniert nicht mehr
Seit einiger zeit funktioniert der unlock mit faceid nicht mehr. Wirklich ärgerlich!!!
