ACCOUNT ALARM
The account alarm clock informs you promptly about account movements around the clock. If you want to know what's going on in your account every day, set up the account balance alarm clock. The salary alarm clock tells you when your salary arrives and the limit alarm clock lets you know whether your account balance has been exceeded or fallen short of.
GIROPAY | KWITT
Splitting a bill after a pleasant evening with friends in a restaurant is very easy. With giropay | Kwitt, you can send money from cell phone to cell phone without delay. It also works for borrowing money or collecting money together for a gift.
APPLE PAY

The worst bank app ever
Sparkasse
Worst banking app I’ve ever dealt with. App is extremely user-UNfriendly. No idea how PushTan is supposed to work. After 2 unsuccessful attempts to transfer funds, account access is denied. After multiple emails, I’m told until I sent my signature to Germany via snail mail, account remains inaccessible. Ridiculous. All my US banking apps have security questions to resolve entry errors. Never once did I have to march myself to the brick & mortar bank to show my signature. Sparkasse: Get with the program, update your Stone Age app, and don’t ask for your customer signature in the mail (still thinking this must be a joke; as if the mail was safe!)

It’s very good bank, has many branches all over the city. The staffs are so kind, and open to speak English language which is so important for new comers solve their problem.
Great app, missing one thing
This is a great app. 1000x better than either bank on base! Don’t it the inflated transfer rates implemented by the DOD. Save money with Sparkasse-KL. Could we add an English button to the top of the webpage? A quick switch from Deutsch to English would be great!

App was ok, now it’s crashing
Everything was going fine until the last update. Now even though both my phone and the app say they are fully up to date, the app crashes the second I try to open it. Can‘t really do online banking if the app isn’t working 🤷🏻♀️ Other than that it is just an ok app. Nothing particularly special about it. All of my other banks have had equal or better apps, to be honest.
Schlecht fur auslanders
Please localize your app. You are a bank. You have the resources to hire a localization specialist. There is absolutely no excuse for not providing language specific options other than utter laziness or total disregard for your auslander customers. Bitte.
