I made in app purchase and it didn’t work so I asked them on instagram they said there is an error for Egypt users money will return back. however when I updated the app money didn’t return not the perks that i bought and when I asked them they said you made a wronng purchase and u don’t understand how to deal with technology 😂😂!! this owner needs to learn customer service wishing him to fail.
The app idea seems good and detailed which gives it more authenticity however it’s loaded with bugs and doesn’t function correctly. Maybe if it gets fixed it will be actually useable but so far it very frustrating to use the app. Hope you guys fix it soon
Endless bugs. Not only that but also as a Guy I have no means to communicate with the ladies I like and like me back or vise versa unless I buy a package!! Yet the option is open for free for the ladies. I’m sorry the idea is great, yet it’s not a good way for an application that’s starting to start.
I recently encountered an error while filling out my information, which led me to delete my account. However, when I attempted to register again, I received a notification indicating that my account had been deleted. Moreover, when I tried to sign in using the same email and mobile number, I received a message stating that it was a deleted account.
Guys you had really done a great job and a creative idea, but please considering fixing these issues as a high priority : - as a Customer I can’t check who I liked and Who I liked me from the profile tab which is crucial - I can sent Invitations any more after I sent 3, even I am subscribed and I canceled one. - System cancelled events on it’s own and i found out suddenly - I have duplicate dating on my calendar screen for 2 different timings for same person - I can’t access my match profile before sending invitations if I liked them first - I can’t modify any of my dropdown menu items for my own profile Keep up the Good Work guys
The Matchmaking AI really needs to be fixed. It shows options for all restaurants that don’t have any reservation spots. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
