Horrible experience
I am frequently unable to login to the bank app. The app can be quite glitchy at times with very frequent down times. Altogether I had to move to OPAY because there is no benefit to using sparkle

Why do I have to type my email everytime I want to log in. Can this process be automated or be done with my Face ID?
Worst bank ever
If I could rate this bank -20 stars I will, why will you be holding my money till now .
Opening title keeps occurring twice
Keeps requesting passwords after Face ID has been used and most time the password will not go and I have to try closing and opening before using Face ID

My account balance isn’t showing you guy logged me out when I logged in back my account was empty i was confused at first I tried sending money into the account the money I sent there to confirm what’s happening left the other account I sent from but didn’t get credited into my sparkle account plesse make una no tamper with my account oo that money there what happen to it sparkle what happen to my money why is the account empty
