Bot stop working and couldn’t reach customer service
I’m using the app for couple of month and for the last two weeks it doesn’t work, I am unable to speak and the bot speaking to himself. I tried to reach out to the customer support and sent technical issue massage but no one answered me. I didn’t change mobile phone or anything like that so I have no idea why it happened. it’s really unfortunate that I’m paying for an app that doesn’t work and have no one to talk too regardless of how many times I’ve tried to reach them.
Requested refund and never got reply
The app is useless for me with my English level. Besides in my opinion it’s not well developed yet (in terms of AI)

Great Concept, Poor Execution - App Frustratingly Unreliable
Nice app, its idea is good but the execution is not so good, the app keeps crashing so you can't really learn something just to get upset.
Do not waist your time.
Useless app. Does nothing ether you pay. Assigns low level and offers you to pay for a training you do not need.
